How it works

Obtaining your bespoke coordinated identity is very simple:

Purchase: Add the “Pack Deluxe” to your cart and complete the order in a few clicks.
Branding questionnaire: You will immediately receive via email the link to your branding questionnaire. It is a guided document that will allow me to understand your vision, your tastes, and your brand objectives.
Drafts: Once the completed questionnaire is received, I will analyze your answers and create 2 design proposals (each composed of a primary logo, secondary variation, and submark) within 10-12 business days.
Revisions: You will choose your preferred proposal and will have 4 revision sessions included to refine every element of the logo kit and coordinate the design of all your materials: business card, letterhead, email signature, and favicon.
Delivery: After your final approval, I will prepare your complete file package (including master vector files and print-ready files) and send it to you via email within 48 business hours.

Note on printing: The package includes the graphic design of the materials. If you wish to receive pre-printed business cards and/or your letterhead, I will be happy to provide a personalized quote for the printing and shipping service.

Color and font choices: We will define the color palette and typographical styles together. These elements will be applied with absolute consistency across your logo, variation, submark, and all digital and print materials.
Details for coordinated materials: You will be able to provide me with the contact details for the business card, the information for the letterhead, and the details necessary to create your email signature and custom favicon.

Terms and conditions

Digital product and printing options: The standard purchase includes only the provision of professional digital files. However, if you wish to receive printed materials (business cards and letterhead), I will be happy to provide a personalized quote for the printing and shipping service.
Font licenses and usage rights: Sias Studio mainly uses free fonts for commercial use. Fonts are third-party resources and are not included in the purchase. If you desire a premium or paid font, the purchase of the relevant license will be at your expense. The final project is provided with text converted to outlines; this ensures that the design appears perfectly on any medium without you needing to install any additional files.
Color accuracy and print liability: Colors may vary slightly between screen display and paper output. Sias Studio provides professional high-resolution files, configured with the correct color profiles (CMYK) and necessary bleed margins, but is not responsible for errors or color variations that occur during the printing process managed by third parties.
Return and refund policy: As this is an entirely personalized and bespoke creative service, it is not possible to offer returns or refunds once the analysis and design work has begun.
Extra revisions and modifications: The service includes 4 rounds of revision. Should further interventions or modifications be requested beyond those included, a flat fee of €25.00 will be applied for each additional round requested before the delivery of the final files.
Post-delivery modifications: Once the project is approved and the final files are sent, the work is considered concluded. Any subsequent modifications (updating details on the letterhead or email signature, changing colors, or the style of the logo) will require a new quote.

Licensing terms

Design Ownership: The intellectual property of the final project (main logo, variant, submark, and coordinated graphics) is transferred to you upon the delivery of the final files. You will be able to use the entire visual identity in an exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide manner for any personal or commercial purpose (website, social media, marketing, print, and packaging). Any design concepts discarded during the creative process remain the property of Sias Studio.
Guaranteed Exclusivity: The design created for you is unique and original. Sias Studio guarantees that the entire selected visual identity will never be reused or resold to third parties, ensuring you a distinctive and one-of-a-kind presence in the market.
Copyright and Portfolio: Sias Studio retains the right to display the project in its portfolio, on its website, or on social media channels for the purpose of promoting its business, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Use of Source Files: Source files (AI, EPS, SVG) are included in the ‘Deluxe Pack’ to ensure your maximum autonomy for future modifications or advanced typographical uses. However, you are not permitted to resell or redistribute these files to third parties, presenting them as your own graphic products.
Third-Party Elements (Fonts): As specified in the dedicated section, the usage license for the fonts (free or premium) used remains subject to the terms of the respective providers.

I design the entire identity (logo, variation, submark, and coordinated materials) based on your answers, building a coherent visual atmosphere. Furthermore, four revision rounds are included specifically to refine every detail together and make every element perfect for your business.

Can I register the logo as a trademark and will I have exclusive ownership of it?
Absolutely yes. The entire visual identity of the “Pack Deluxe” is created from scratch specifically for you and will never be proposed again to third parties. Once the final files are delivered, the intellectual property of all graphic elements (logo, variation, submark, graphics for business cards and letterhead) is transferred to you. This means you will have the exclusive right to use them, and if you wish, you can proceed with the trademark registration at the competent offices to legally protect your business.

What happens if I need a specific font or source files (AI/EPS/SVG)?
To ensure maximum ease of management, I use free fonts for commercial use. If you desire a “premium” paid font, the purchase of the license will be at your expense, and I will integrate it into the design. Regarding source files (AI, EPS, and SVG), they are already included in the price of the “Pack Deluxe”. You will receive the complete archive to ensure maximum autonomy and ownership of your brand, without any extra cost.

Can I also entrust you with the printing of my coordinated materials?
Certainly! The package includes professional graphic design for business cards, letterhead, and all digital elements of your new identity. Once the design of the various materials is approved, if you wish, I will be happy to provide a personalized quote for printing and shipping directly to your address. This way, you can receive your physical materials ready for use, without having to worry about any technical or logistical aspects.

What if I want to change details or colors after the final delivery?
Once the project is approved and the final files are sent, the work is considered successfully concluded. Any subsequently requested modifications (such as updating an address on the letterhead, changing a contact in the email signature, or a chromatic restyling of the logo) are not included and will require a new quote. For this reason, I recommend that you make the most of the 4 revision rounds to verify that every text and color is exactly as you desire!
