1. INTRODUCTION

This Shipping Policy (‘Policy’) describes the methods, timelines, and costs of delivery for physical Products (e.g., prints) purchased through the website www.siasstudio.com (‘Website’), managed by Sias Studio di Sias Marisa (‘Sias Studio’, ‘I’, ‘my’). By purchasing my Physical Products, you agree to the conditions described herein.

 
2. SHIPPING MANAGEMENT AND INCLUDED COSTS

Sias Studio manages the production and delivery of Physical Products through a network of local production and distribution partners located directly in the countries where the Products are sold. This model ensures a localized and optimized service, eliminating complications related to customs duties or import taxes for the final Customer in the destination countries.

Production and shipping costs are always included in the final price of the Product. The total cost you see at checkout already covers all charges related to production, printing, and delivery to your desired address.

 
3. DELIVERY OPTIONS AND FULFILLMENT TIMES

I offer different urgency-based options, which are reflected in the final price of the Product. The price of the Physical Product varies depending on the chosen urgency for delivery, which includes both production and shipping times. At the time of purchase, I will apply the appropriate costs based on the desired delivery urgency.

Estimated fulfillment and delivery times are approximate and may vary slightly depending on the type of product ordered and the specific destination.

  • Standard Delivery (Base Price)
    • Description: this is the most cost-effective option, ideal if you are not in a hurry.
    • Estimated Fulfillment and Delivery Times: the Product will be produced and delivered in approximately 8 to 12 business days from order confirmation and payment receipt.
  • Fast Delivery
    • Description: an intermediate option for those who desire faster delivery than standard, available at an additional cost.
    • Estimated Fulfillment and Delivery Times: The Product will be produced and delivered in approximately 5 to 8 business days from order confirmation and payment receipt.
  • Urgent / Express Delivery
    • Description: the fastest option available, at a higher additional cost, for immediate delivery needs.
    • Estimated Fulfillment and Delivery Times: the Product will be produced and delivered in approximately 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation and payment receipt.

Please Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays in the destination country. Estimated delivery times begin from the date of payment receipt and, if applicable, final design approval for personalized Products. Any delays due to force majeure events (e.g., adverse weather conditions, carrier delays, etc.) will be communicated promptly.

Sias Studio ships Physical Products to the following countries through its network of local production and distribution partners:

  • Italy

  • Netherlands
  • Spain
  • Sweden
  • United Kingdom
  • United States

Delivery options available for your specific address will be displayed at checkout.

 
5. FINAL PRICE AND ABSENCE OF ADDITIONAL COSTS

Thanks to my operational model with local production and distribution partners, the price you see at checkout is the final price you will pay. This price includes all production and shipping costs. As production and delivery occur locally in the destination country (where available), you will not be charged any additional customs duties, imposts, or taxes upon delivery. The price displayed is the only amount due.

 
6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and instructions to monitor the delivery status directly on the carrier’s website.

 
7. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. Sias Studio is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries, or for additional costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the Customer. In case of package return due to an incorrect or invalid address, the Customer will be contacted, and a new shipping fee may be required for re-delivery.

 
8. UNDELIVERABLE / REFUSED PACKAGES

If a package cannot be delivered (e.g., due to recipient absence, incorrect address, failure to collect from a pick-up point) or is refused by the Customer, the package may be returned to Sias Studio or the distribution partner. In such cases, the Customer will be contacted, and a new shipping fee may be required for re-delivery.

Given that the Physical Products offered by Sias Studio are predominantly personalized and made to the Customer’s specific request, please be informed that the right of withdrawal (right of cancellation for change of mind) is not applicable to such goods, pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Italian Consumer Code. Therefore, if the Customer no longer wishes to receive the Product for reasons not attributable to Sias Studio (e.g., change of mind) or unjustifiably refuses it, a refund is not provided. Any refunds or alternative solutions in exceptional cases will be evaluated by Sias Studio at its sole discretion and as a gesture of courtesy, deducting any incurred costs.

 
9. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

In case of a lost or damaged package during transit, please contact Sias Studio immediately at info@siasstudio.com.

  • Damage: if the package arrives damaged, it is important to document the damage with photographs before opening it and to keep the original packaging.
  • Loss: a package is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 15 business days beyond the estimated delivery time and after verifying its tracking status. Sias Studio will collaborate with the carrier and the production/distribution partner to initiate an investigation. Resolution (refund or re-shipment) will only occur upon completion of the investigation.
