1. Introduction
This Return and Refund Policy (‘Policy’) describes the conditions and procedures for product returns and refund requests for purchases made through the website www.siasstudio.com (the ‘Website’), managed by Sias Studio di Sias Marisa (‘Sias Studio’, ‘I’, or ‘my’).
My goal at Sias Studio is to ensure your satisfaction. I invite you to carefully read this Policy before making any purchase.

3. Right of Withdrawal (Non-Customized Physical Products)
3.1. Applicability: this Right of Withdrawal applies exclusively to the purchase of ‘non-customized Physical Products’ (e.g., generic prints, non-bespoke materials) delivered via shipment.
3.2. Withdrawal Period: you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without stating any reason, within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
3.3. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal: to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision by means of an explicit statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) to the contacts indicated in point 2. The communication must include:
- Your first and last name.
- Your address.
- The order number.
- The date of the order.
- Your clear intention to withdraw from the contract.
3.4. Return Conditions:
- The Physical Product must be returned intact, unused or undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and original components must be included.
- The Product must not show signs of wear or alteration that would prevent its resale as new.
3.5. Return of Physical Products: without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you informed me of your withdrawal, you must send back or hand over the goods to me. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you, unless the product is defective or non-conforming.
3.6. Refund for Physical Products: once I have received the returned Physical Product and verified its conformity with the conditions indicated above, I will refund all payments you have made to me, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your eventual choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by me), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day I am informed of your decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for the following types of goods and services:
4.1. Digital Products (e.g., template, graphic files, non-exclusive downloadable logos):
- The right of withdrawal is excluded for Digital Products when the supply of digital content is provided on a non-material medium (e.g., download) and the performance has begun with your express consent and with your acknowledgement that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the performance has begun.
- At the time of purchasing a Digital Product, you will be asked to provide your consent to this condition to proceed with the purchase and download.
- Consequently, once the Digital Product has been downloaded or made accessible, it will not be possible to request refunds or exercise the right of withdrawal.
4.2. Customized Services (e.g., custom logo creation, website design, bespoke graphic development):
- The right of withdrawal is excluded for Services once the service has been fully performed.
- For services whose performance has begun with your express consent and with your acknowledgement that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service had been fully performed, the right of withdrawal will cease proportionally to the part of the service already performed.
- Generally, once the customized design or development work has commenced and drafts/works have been presented or shared, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal, unless specific agreements are provided in the customized Service Agreement.
4.3. Customized Physical Products:
- The right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of Physical Products that have been custom-made or clearly personalized according to your specific request. This includes, but is not limited to, business cards, brochures, logos printed on specific materials, or any other printed item that has been created specifically for you and which, by its nature, cannot be returned and resold to others.
4.4. Premade Design Preview Purchases: as specified in the Terms and Conditions, premade design preview purchases are provided solely for evaluation purposes and are not refundable under any circumstances, given their digital nature and non-definitive purpose.
5. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
5.1. Physical Products:
- If you receive a Physical Product that shows evident damage due to transport or is immediately non-conforming, you must notify me no later than 5 (five) business days from the date of receipt of the goods. This notification is crucial for me to file a claim with the carrier, if necessary.
- For any other defect of conformity that may arise within 2 (two) years from the delivery of the Physical Product, you must notify me within 2 (two) months from the date of discovery of the defect.
- The notification for any type of defect or damage must be made in writing (to the contacts in point 2), attaching clear photographic proof of the defect or damage.
- Please note that minor color deviations due to standard printing processes or monitor differences are not considered defects.
- After verification of the defect, Sias Studio, at my discretion, may propose reprinting the defective product or a partial/total refund, in accordance with the legal guarantee provisions.
5.2. Digital Products or Services:
- In the event of verified technical defects in a Digital Product file (e.g., corrupt, unreadable file) or serious non-conformity of a Service with what was expressly agreed in the Service Agreement, please contact me immediately.
- Sias Studio will evaluate the case and, if the defect or non-conformity is attributable to me, I will undertake to provide a correction, a new functional file or, if not possible, a partial or total refund at my discretion.
6. Return Procedure (for Eligible Non-Customized Physical Products only)
- Notification: send me an explicit communication (via email) within 14 days of receiving the product, indicating your intention to withdraw and the order number.
- Package Preparation: carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- Shipment: ship the package to my address at Sias Studio, Via Villa, 11/1 – 33076 Pravisdomini (PN) – Italy. The costs of return shipping are at your expense. I recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Receipt and Verification: once I receive the return, I will verify the condition of the product.
- Refund: if the conditions are met, I will process the refund as indicated in point 3.6.
7. General Refunds
7.1. refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and, in any case, within the terms established by law (generally 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal communication for physical products, or from the decision to refund for other cases). 7.2. the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
