Personalization

Make your logo unique! To customize your ‘Luxurious’ logo, please provide the following information (you can include it in the order notes or send it to me via email at info@siasstudio.com):

Writing styles: see font options in the product image gallery or specify a font name (I recommend checking out Google Fonts for a wide selection).
Colors: see color options in the product image gallery or specify the 6-character HEX code (e.g. #FFFFFF) using a color picker tool (e.g. Color Picker); you can also send photos or screenshots, and I will extract the colors.

What you will receive

You will receive a comprehensive set of high-resolution (300 DPI) and vector-based digital files, ensuring your logo looks perfect everywhere:

Logo: 1 PNG (best for web and print) and 1 JPG (suitable for web).
Watermarks: 6 PNG files (transparent background) in various shades: colored version, white, black, grey (50%), light grey (20%), dark grey (70%) – ideal for overlaying on photos or backgrounds for branding or protection.
Logo board: 1 PNG file (featuring your logo’s HEX color codes and font names for easy branding).

Terms & conditions

Digital product: you will receive a digital file, not a physical printed product.

Color variation: please be aware that printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitors and display settings. Sias Studio is not responsible for such color variations.
Printing responsibility: Sias Studio is not responsible for any errors that may occur during the printing process.
No returns/refunds: due to the nature of this being a digital product, I cannot offer exchanges, returns, or refunds.
Additional modifications: while the final logo files will be available for download from your account, any requests for modifications to the logo design after the initial delivery of files may be subject to an additional design fee, depending on the extent of the changes.

Licence terms

Usage restrictions: you are strictly prohibited from sharing these files or claiming the design as your own.
License of use: upon purchasing a non-exclusive logo design, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the logo for your own personal and/or business purposes. This includes the right to use the logo on your website, social media, marketing materials, and printed products. However, you are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or sublicense the logo design files themselves.
Copyright: the copyright and all other rights to the logo design remain with Sias Studio. You are purchasing a license to use the design, not the ownership of the design itself.
Non-exclusive design (resale): please note that this design will be resold. If you wish to purchase the exclusive rights to this design (DESIGN OPTION – MAKE ME EXCLUSIVE!), please contact me to check its availability. Exclusivity can only be granted if the design has not been previously sold. Upon purchasing the exclusive option, the design will be immediately removed from my store and will not be resold.
