What are premade designs and how do they differ from custom designs?
Premade designs are ready-to-go templates for logos, branding packages, and other graphics that I’ve already created and may be resold to other clients. This allows them to be more affordable and have a quicker turnaround time compared to custom designs. Once you purchase a premade design, I will personally customize it for you, allowing you to change the colors and fonts, as well as personalize it with your own text (like your initials, name, and tagline). Minor layout adjustments are often possible too, ensuring the design suits your brand.
Custom designs, on the other hand, are created from scratch specifically for your unique needs and vision, offering complete originality and tailored solutions that are exclusive to you.
Do you offer branding packages? What do they typically include?
Yes, I offer both tailor-made and premade branding packages. My premade branding kits are a cost-effective way to establish a cohesive brand identity quickly. These are available on my website and are personally customized by me after purchase.
Typically, a premade Full branding kit includes:
- A main logo.
- An alternative logo.
- A submark.
- Business card design (front and back, with options).
- Banner/Cover for Blog/Shop/Facebook and a square Avatar (with design choices).
- Social media icons.
I also offer other premade options like the 1 Logo, 2 Logos, 3 Logos, and a Mini branding kit with a smaller selection of these elements. For those seeking a completely unique brand identity, I also create tailor-made branding packages designed specifically for your needs
Do you offer logo and graphic redesign services?
Yes, I do! If you’re looking to update your existing logo or other graphics, I offer redesign services to help you achieve a more modern, effective, or aligned visual identity. We can discuss what aspects you’d like to change and work towards a design that better suits your current needs.
Are your logos unique and do I get the copyright?
For premade logos in my shop, these designs are non-exclusive and may be resold to other clients. However, custom logos are created uniquely for you. Once the final design is approved and the project is complete, the full copyright and ownership of the custom logo will be transferred to you through a simple agreement that we will both sign. This ensures that your custom logo is entirely yours to use as you see fit.
Can you print the designs you create?
Yes, absolutely! I can take care of printing for all the designs I create for you, ensuring high-quality results that match your vision. Do you also offer domain registration and website hosting?
Yes, I do! To make the process as seamless as possible for you, I offer both domain registration (securing your website’s address) and website hosting (providing the necessary server space for your website to be online). This means I can handle the key technical aspects of getting your website up and running.
Which platforms do you use to build websites?
I primarily build websites using WordPress, as it’s a very versatile and professional platform suitable for a wide range of websites. However, depending on the project’s specific needs, I also work with other platforms such as Shopify, particularly for e-commerce solutions, and Squarespace, which is great for visually driven sites and ease of use. I’m flexible and choose the best platform based on what you need your website to do.
Workflow
How does your work process work?
My work process generally involves these key steps:
- Consultation: we’ll start by discussing your needs, goals, and vision for the project. This helps me understand exactly what you’re looking for.
- Proposal & agreement: based on our consultation, I’ll provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and costs. Payment is required upfront to initiate the project. Once you’re happy with the proposal and the payment is processed, we’ll finalize the agreement and I’ll begin the work.
- Concept development: I’ll then begin creating initial design concepts for your review.
- Feedback & revisions: you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback on the concepts, and I’ll make revisions based on your input.
- Finalization: once you approve the final design, I’ll prepare all the necessary files for you.
- Delivery & support: I’ll deliver the final files in the agreed-upon formats and offer initial post-delivery support. Please note that any new design requests or changes after the final approval and file delivery will be quoted as a separate project.
What is the turnaround time for completing a project?
The turnaround time for a project can vary quite a bit depending on the complexity and the specific type of service. For example, a simple logo design might take less time than a full branding package or a website design. For premade designs available in my shop, the specific turnaround time for customization is detailed in each listing.
Once we discuss the specifics of your project during the initial consultation, I’ll be able to give you a more accurate estimate of the timeline in the project proposal. Factors that can influence the turnaround time include the number of concepts, the rounds of revisions needed, and the overall scope of the project. If you have a very tight deadline, please let me know.

Customization
Can I customize the design I choose?
Yes, absolutely! The level of customization available depends on whether you choose a premade design or a custom design.
For premade designs, you can typically customize elements like colors, fonts, and text to align with your brand. Minor layout adjustments are often possible as well.
For custom designs, the possibilities are virtually limitless! These are created from scratch based on your specific needs and vision, so you have full control over every aspect of the design.
How many revisions are included?
I offer unlimited revisions because my goal is for you to be completely satisfied with the final design. We’ll work together on the concepts, and I’ll continue to refine them based on your feedback until you feel it’s perfect.
Final files
In what format will I receive the final files?
The final file formats you’ll receive will depend on the specific project and your needs. For logos, I typically provide a vector PDF, which is excellent for scalability without any loss of quality. Upon request, I can also provide other formats like AI or SVG (also vector) and raster files such as PNG (with a transparent background, ideal for web) or JPG.
For print materials, the formats might include PDF with bleed and CMYK color settings. If the project involves templates, like for social media or stationery, you might receive Canva templates or editable files in programs like Word.
We’ll discuss the required file formats at the beginning of the project to ensure you receive everything you need for your intended use. My aim is to provide you with the most suitable files for your specific applications.
How will the final files be delivered to me?
The final files will be delivered to you via a secure download link. This link will typically be active for a few days, so please be sure to download your files promptly once you receive it. This method ensures that you receive the files quickly and efficiently.
What happens if I lose my final files? Can I get them again?
Don’t worry! If you happen to lose or can’t find your final files, you can absolutely request them again. There will be a small management fee for the retrieval and resending of the files. Just reach out to me with the details of your project, and I’ll be happy to help you get what you need.
What are the usage rights for the final designs? Can I resell or share them?
Upon final payment, you will typically receive full usage rights for the final designs for their intended purpose, as outlined in our agreement. This generally means you can use them for your business, marketing, and promotional activities. However, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, the resale or redistribution of the design files themselves is usually not permitted. The designs are created for your specific use. If you have specific needs regarding usage rights, please let’s discuss them during the project agreement phase.

How much do your services cost?
The cost of my services varies depending on the type of project. For premade designs, you can find all the prices listed in their respective design listings on my website. You’ll also find pricing for some custom services there.
For all other custom projects, the best way to get an accurate idea of the cost is to request a quote. This allows me to understand the specifics of your needs and provide you with a tailored price.
How can I get a quote?
You can easily get a quote by visiting the get a quote page on my website. There you’ll find a form you can fill out with details about your project, and I’ll get back to you with a personalized quote as soon as possible.
Alternatively, you can also send me an email with your request. I’m always happy to discuss your project and provide you with the information you need.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept a variety of payment methods to make it convenient for you. You can pay via PayPal and bank transfer. Additionally, on my website, I accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, and major credit/debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
